Funny how this time of year always brings to the forefront a need to shed ourselves of so very much (literally and in thought). Wishing you peace, balance, and calm--as well as the acceptance that your body simply needs added rest, relaxation and that it's okay to grant these necessities to yourself! As you know, I've written several posts on multi-tasking and why it is bad for you. I used to be a proud multi-tasker until I realized it was only wearing me down and not helping me do things better or faster.

I think that life sometimes finds a way to help us see what is best for us and although sometimes it takes longer for us to realize, in the end we come in terms with the new situation.

Undoubtedly you know that slow living, appreciating yourself and the little things and taking the time to be present in the moment can make you feel so much better about you.

I wish you much health, love and time for creativity in the new year!

Warmest of hugs.Kanelstrandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00656658673748250383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3055050223493526846.post-65350827774481666092013-12-29T17:39:31.074-08:002013-12-29T17:39:31.074-08:00Thank you for your encouraging words, Arlys.
